DACA Application is Now Available

The application I-821D form for Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals is now available at uscis.gov.

Individuals who file Form I-821D must also file Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization and Form I-765WS, worksheet. Total fees and associated costs for applying, which also includes costs for biometrics and an application for employment authorization is $465.00. Applicants will need to submit documentation to show that they meet the application requirements. You do not need an attorney to apply. However, you want to ensure that your application is filled out accurately and that you have submitted all necessary documents because there is no appeal process if applications are denied. USCIS website has specific instructions and guidelines on the application and process.
